We started our journey way back in 1982, Mr M Sabooni started with a small 200sq ft shop. We began with Burgers and some food which we learnt from foreigners that time, who had come down to India to study. We began with the idea of starting healthy wholesome meals or burgers which are value for money and decent quality. Started with a team of 2 with a small outlet named HiteBar in Camp, Convent Street, which flocked a lot of students at that time. Understanding the taste and food requirement they had. We first started with burgers then brought the first shawarma machine in India. We purchased this machine from Dubai and this was a novel concept that time as people had never seen nor eaten shawarma that time. This is how the journey began with Camp and slowly we brought other outlets. We also had got ourselves noticed by news agencies that time.
